Okay, I am NOT ready to go back to school. Most people are, but I can NOT stand going back to school. This year I am REALLY not looking forward to going back, because
1.) I have to actually start WORKING on the WEEKDAYS;
2.) Some of my good friends I met last year aren't in any of my classes;
And, 3.) I just figured out to get a break that's at least a week long, I have to spend 3 months in school, which is even a little longer than this whole entire summer.
I was nervous about going into 7th grade yesterday, and the day before that, and the week before that; but even though now it's less than 24 hours away, I'm not nervous... Weird, right?
But I guess I feel better now since the whole reason I was nervous was because I was afraid that none of my old friends would be friends anymore. Thankfully, I've decided that even though I won't have some of my friends in my classes, I can still skip around to different tables at lunch and stuff. I don't give a crap if the teachers say I can't; I'm going to anyway, so there's no use trying to get me to move!
So I've started packing my stuff in my backpack, deciding what I'm going to bring to lunch tomorrow; etc, but let me tell you this; I ain't happy about it, except for the "seeing-my-friends" part. Now THAT I can look forward to (since now everyone except for parents know that school isn't about education anymore; it's about friends :D)
So I'm gonna finish packing, look up my new teacher from my 6th grade year book, and be lazy for the rest of the day. Bye-Bye! :)
